The Conduit - Michael Ford Cosplay

I just bought The Conduit for my birthday and love it. I already beat it and am now looking for the secrets.Multiplayer is great but at times frustrating.It's a great game so I was thinking of cosplaying Michael Ford in his Trust armor. The problem is I don't know how to make the armor or even what to make it out of. I also want to make the ASE but am stuck there too.No one has ever done this cosplay before so I have nothing to refer to or help me. I need some help guys. Please help a fella out on how to make The Trust armor for Michael Ford. Here are some reference pics.

The pants and straps I could get anywhere.For the gun I'll just paint a NERF gun black.
For the headpiece I can use real sunglasses but I have no idea what to make the back of the headpiece out of nor the rest of the actual armor.I want the ASE to actually work so I want to put a flash light in the middle that I'll be able to to turn on.I don't know what to make the ASE out of either.Please reply to this thread on how to make a Michael Ford cosplay. Thanks in advance for the help.

That was a good rhyme. I still feel sad since Jean turned me down, in his ever so polite asain way. It was cute, but heart-breaking too. *sigh* Ahh well, you win some, you lose some.

That and I'm a better friend to guys. I'm not sure why, but all guys that I know, you are the exception since I haven't really asked you, see me as a friend, and nothing more. That or an easy target to harrass.
